Lucy’s latest business venture is launching an entertainment agency that provides bespoke groups of performers for any type of event. 

“At every event I attend in the UK I want the spectators to feel more. I kept noticing the UK market missing exciting opportunities to enhance the overall experience. As a presenter and MC I believe in the exchange value between performer and audience and the magic currency is participation, but to encourage people to do anything, especially in the UK, you have to help them. You need a  'hype squad'. Of course this is not an original concept - the USA sport event space has dominated this type of performance and given hype squad its true meaning, but there are no obvious talent agencies to turn to in the UK. So I decided to build one: for every event, every platform, everywhere and everyone."
