"give yourself the green light, go, go for your life"

Co-Hosting Team USA Showcase for the NBA at London O2 Arena
Lucy Mills Presenter and Model

"My USP is being a bridge between new audiences and a subject or event"

Lucy’s unique and exuberant presenting style connects you to the live action of any major event, with hawk-eyes for spotting key moments to draw the audience to, exclusive behind the scenes content to enjoy on socials after and everything in between.

She strives to ensure that new audiences feel welcome and returning fans are celebrated: no matter what age, language, ability or beliefs - she will connect us all to the main event.

Over the last year Lucy has presented across ten sporting disciplines from balls, barbells and bikes to boxing. A recurring and popular presenter, when Lucy is pitched to new clients it is her unmatched energy, appetite for challenge, collaborative spirit and gregarious nature that secures the draft.  You don't just book a Presenter when you work with Lucy, you also access her fifteen years of experience working in media production, broadcast and development and she is always brimming with ideas.

Lucy has presented at three World Championships, the British Grand Prix and several shiny Cup Finals at Wembley Stadium where, as a regular fan-zone host, she has perfected that art of hiding her true allegiance to Liverpool FC, only when necessary, in order to convince any other teams that she is assigned to on match day, that she is in fact one of them.  She can do whatever it takes to engage fans.

Lucy was selected by the NBA to co-host the iconic Team USA exhibition games at the London O2 Arena for three back to back games before going straight to the Paris 2024 Olympics, for her fifth Olympic Games working with NBC News.

NBC has been a client of Lucy’s since 2010 when she started out as a production runner and progressed over the years producing international breaking news and live OBs, globally, for major events including both Royal Weddings of Prince William and Harry, the withdrawal of the United States troops from Afghanistan, Queen Elizabeth II's Funeral, the Notre Dame Fire and London 2012, Sochi 2014, PyeongChang 2018, Tokyo 2020(21) and Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

In Paris, working as a talent liaison for NBC’s ‘Today Show’ Lucy ensured all talent and VIP guests were managed appropriately by her team: overseeing logistics, security, briefings and live interviews. Talent included every single Team USA athlete that won a medal during the games and special guests Matha Stewart, Flava Flav and of course Snoop Dogg.

As Lucy made moves to build strong foundations as a Presenter, she opted to establish a strong commercial nous whilst simultaneously working as ‘Head of Casting’ for BBDO Group. The Casting Executive role was created within the business, specifically for Lucy after demonstrating her talent and casting expertise. Lucy embraced the new role, launching a department that provided all casting, influencer, creator and talent partnership services for both Redwood BBDO and AMV BBDO advertising agencies.

During her three years (2021-2024) at BBDO Lucy pitched, casted, contracted, produced and directed talent for a range of campaigns across accounts such as Google, YouTube, Meta, Ferrari, Mazda, Hyundai, RayBan, Barclays, Sheba, Bupa, Lipton, Pepsi and documentaries.

Lucy is savvy at recognising talent trends and is deeply passionate about discovering their passions in order to help strategise meaningful and authentic ways to collaborate. She has conversed with many agents including that of Leonardo DiCaprio, Cate Blanchett and Lewis Capaldi.

Lucy influenced BBDO with her passion for sport when a documentary, in partnership with England Netball and Wasserman kicked off just before her departure from the agency in June 2024. In addition, she also saw the production of a world relay run and sustainability themed campaign - presented to the office of the Crown Prince of Dubai ahead of the 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference.

Unsurprising to her BBDO colleagues it wasn’t long until Lucy would evolve her effervescent company wide presentations into full time presenting and so it became time to pass on the baton of her talent division, where she has helped to spotlight the careers of many rising and well-known screen-stars, in addition to train aspiring casting producers with codes of conduct, due diligence and a healthy awareness of the treatment of contributors and talent.

Raised by scouse-fitness-finantics, in a military family, on the coast of Portsmouth, Lucy has only ever known three certain things in life: movement, PMA (positive mind attitude) and curiosity - so it makes sense that she would build her own lifestyle in the media eye that would test existing attitudes and celebrate people, places and stories that raise the roof, make you smile and feel hyped, or simply distract you from a bad day.

Lucy recharges her batteries by taking up new sporting hobbies that coincide with presenter opportunities to enhance her “research”, such as learning how to ride a BMX and going HAM in the gym for CrossFit MC duties, where she is nicknamed LFM (Lucy F*cking Mills) and takes part in high-intensity fitness events with her Dad. Lucy can also be found at any live music and sport event, as an unofficial (LOUD) cheerleader, usually after having talked her way in.

Lucy loves developing her personal brand as an entertainment, sport and lifestyle presenter or MC - with the support of credible and established brands; brands that become like family who she can test her inquisitive mind, maturing (or immaturing) tastes and journalistic flair.

She is undoubtedly passionate about sport, but is not an expert, which means one of her unique strengths is bridging new audiences to a sport, event or any subject - with the confidence to ask the questions we are usually told not to ask!

Lucy should be described as badass, fun, charismatic, energetic and NOT BORING.

The world doesn’t take you seriously, so let's have some fun!
